WELCOME to open silo!
Open Silo is an 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to support urban agriculture in Southern California through education, policy, sharing resources, and building community. We believe that urban agriculture is beneficial to the city, to communities, and to individuals. Beyond producing fresh, nutritious, and affordable food, urban agriculture also supports mental and physical health, provides a habitat for local fauna, and a sense of place for the neighborhood. We think this is something worth supporting!
