“That’s the beauty of food to me: it brings all people to the table.”
-ADRIENNE WILSON
This week The Garden Party highlights a dear friend and collaborator, Adrienne Wilson. She is a chef and educator and the founder/director of Feed Our Soul. Adrienne is also the host of the Black Farmer’s Roundtable, which facilitates conversations with farmers and gardeners in the Black community of Los Angeles. We discuss the story of how Adrienne came to this work, the joy of teaching teenagers the beauty and value of growing food, food insecurity issues, and much more.
You can follow Adrienne on the gram @feedoursoul and learn more about her work at www.feedoursoul.org
